Follow the panel discussion “Out of sync in indoor lifestyles?” online!

The panel discussion “Out of sync in indoor lifestyles? Do we need to reconnect with natural rhythms?” will be broadcast live and open to everyone via Zoom. It will take place on 1 June 2023, from 10:30 to 11:40 CEST, in the context of the DLA Annual Conference 2023 and the 34th Annual Meeting of the SLTBR.

Natural light and darkness give our body clocks essential time cues to stay in sync with the outside world. Robust and synchronised circadian rhythms are at the core of good health, quality sleep and well-being. Yet today’s way of living and working makes us spend most of our time indoors, which estranges us from daylight. Do we need to reconnect with natural rhythms?
