A Daylight Academy project group has just published Lumi’s Delight, an educational comic book that shows how sunlight shapes life on Earth in a colourful and entertaining way. Following Lumi, a curious ray of light, readers aged 6–10 – and all adults young at heart – can explore how daylight connects with plants, animals, and ecosystems, and discover its essential role in natural processes. Written and illustrated by Coline Weinz, and edited by DLA Associate Anna M. Biller together with a team of scientists, the comic aims to spark curiosity and inspire a deeper appreciation of the importance of daylight in our daily lives.
The English version is available for download on the project website, with several translations coming soon.
