7th edition of the deLIGHTed Talks on light and metabolic health coming soon!
The 7th edition of the deLIGHTed Talks will take place soon on 16 April (15:00-16:30 CEST). Save the date!
This online webinar will take place under the title “Time Matters – Shining Light on Metabolic Health”. Charna Dibner, DLA member and expert on circadian endocrinology, will moderate this edition and introduce two talks by Kathryn Reid and Jan-Frieder Harmsen. The event will be rounded off by a panel discussion and a Q&A session with the audience. Participation is free of charge.

The deLIGHTed Talks are based on scientific evidence and practical experience and are intended for a broad audience. They are organised in collaboration with the Good Light Group, the Society for Light Treatment and Biological Rhythms (SLTBR), and Luger Research.
