29 June 2023
The DLA Annual Conference 2023 took place on 1-2 June 2023 at EPFL in Lausanne. It was focused on how rhythms of daylight shape life across seasons and latitudes. By combining a variety of disciplines and perspectives, the conference explored several aspects of this subject, from the biological adaptations to different photoperiods to the psychological and cultural differences across latitudes. This first spring edition was a real success. With 131 participants in total, we reached a new attendance record. The diversity of the topics, speakers, and attendees made the encounters and interactions unique and inspiring. And even the weather played along!
